Ambassadori Island Batumi

Ambassadori Island Batumi is the first artificial island in the Black Sea — an extraordinary 84-hectare mixed-use development located directly off the coast of Batumi, Georgia, developed by the Ambassadori Group, Georgia's leading luxury developer.

The First Tower, the flagship residential building on the island, stands 216 metres tall across 58 floors and offers 1,358 apartments ranging from studios (37.1–46.7 m²) to one-bedroom (53.1–74.2 m²) and two-bedroom (108.4–116.7 m²) residences, all with panoramic views of the Black Sea, the island, and the Caucasus mountains. Delivery is scheduled for February 2029. The island is accessible by road (3 minutes from the central railway station, 5 minutes from the Old Town, 30 minutes from Batumi International Airport), as well as by helicopter and sea transport.
