Villa Tito – Brand-New Single-Level Family Villa in Tiying Tutul, Pererenan

Tiying Tutul is one of the calmer corners of Pererenan, a neighbourhood of high-end villas and good restaurants that has become a favourite with families. The main road through Pererenan is three minutes away and Canggu less than twenty, so everyday errands, schools and the beach are all close without the noise following you home.

The villa was planned around family life from the first sketch. Extensive cut-and-fill earthworks turned the sloping plot into two perfectly flat levels, which allowed a rare single-storey layout with no stairs at all – easier for small children and for anyone who prefers to live on one floor.
