Villa Belanza – Modern Family Villa with Forest and River Views in Tumbak Bayuh

The villa sits in the quiet village of Tumbak Bayuh on the edge of Pererenan, where the plot drops towards a river and the view is all forest and water. Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are a five-minute drive, the beaches of Pererenan and Canggu about ten.

It was developed by a Dutch developer and designed by the acclaimed Isla Studio as one of two identical villas on the site; this upper villa enjoys the forest view. The specification is unusually high for the area: Philip Lakeman ceramic tiles, Italian travertine countertops, solid teak interior finishes, reclaimed ulin ironwood on the outdoor terrace, Allure aluminium sliding frames and Toto sanitaryware.

Completed in 2025 and fully furnished, Villa Belanza is offered on a leasehold basis until December 2051.
